Cancellation Policy:
It is the policy of Carma Weight Loss to charge a fee of $25.00 for all missed appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If a patient does not arrive for a scheduled appointment within 10 minutes of the start time, and no prior notification has been received, the appointment will be considered a “missed appointment.”
